Drenalin believes that there is large reservoir of untapped Caribbean creativity and partners with creative individuals & businesses to develop world class products and services. Drenalin primarily operates within the cultural and creative industries of the Caribbean.

Drenalin Productions is currently focused on developing social media and online based marketing solutions for Caribbean businesses and professionals in association with Corey Graham 2.0.  These solutions will seek to offer its Drenalin's clients creative options of marketing their goods online. The Palms Resort is one of the first clients using Drenalin's and Corey Graham 2.0 services.

Drenalin also provides a range of services through Corey Graham 2.0 to Alt Entertainment as they seek together to build and enhance the Caribbean Music Industry by producing world class compelling Caribbean Entertainment Content for the traditional and new media. BoomTribe Caribbean Top 10 Radio Show and Roamin TV Show which features primarily Caribbean Artistes are both broadcasting in over 6 different islands and more markets coming on stream soon. BoomTribe.com & BoomTribe Online Radio are widely visited around the region and the world.

Corey Graham 2.0 primarily manages the digital content management services for BoomTribe along with music industry contacts for BoomTribe.
